Ordered a Wahoo Kickr Bike Shift in Hong Kong from Ferrobike.
Email enquires followed by whatsapp were very good.
1 year warranty offered.
After order, the bike arrived within 2 days but there were problems with the bike.
New bike with 1.3km on the odometer from Wahoo app.
It would connect to the app and zwift but upon pedalling, zero data transfer, no movement on screen, no rpm, no speed, no power data.
CS were very responsive and tried their best to help/resolve.
In the end, he suggested replacement of handlebar which houses the wifi & bluetooth module and cable connection to bike.
Replacement arrived in 2 days and it worked after some fiddling with power ups forget device etc etc, however replacement bar transmitted an odometer of 2600km.
I tested the power off and on for a few days and it seem stable.
Currently awaiting a reply from Ferrobike on request for 'brand new handlebar' since Wahoo actually stated this replacement is from a used bike.
All in all, good customer service to get the machine working.
