Whatsapp no response!

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the delivery of my recent order via SF Express.

My address was correct when the order was placed. However, SF Express incorrectly routed/attempted to deliver the parcel to somewhere in Sha Tin, which is a completely different residential estate.

Despite the fact that I had not provided an incorrect address or requested a change of address, I was charged an additional HK$15.

I have attached a photograph of the parcel and SF Express labels. The label clearly shows an additional charge of “15HKD”.

As the original delivery information I supplied to Ferrobike was correct, I do not believe I should be responsible for any additional delivery or address-change fee resulting from the parcel being routed to the wrong location.
